Established in 1937, the Rock Hall Yacht Club, RHYC,  on the Chesapeake Bay's Eastern Shore has a rich history of conviviality and volunteer teamwork.  The club's membership is composed of persons from all walks of life.  The main goal of the club is to promote a sense of community and enjoyment in, on, and around the water.

The Rock Hall Yacht Club offers membership at an extremely reasonable rate.  Members are entitled to reciprocity with other clubs of the Yachting Club of America.

Events at the club include a grill nights in the summers, sit down dinners once a week, small plate service, a vigorous regatta schedule, frostbite sailing in the winter, varied theme parties, club sailing, pool and seasonal activities for families and children.
